Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • The product must be in its sealed packaging and in the same original condition as when purchased.
  • For returns or exchanges, the customer must bring the item to any of our branches and follow these conditions. If we pick up the item, delivery costs will be added.
  • The customer can choose to get a refund or exchange the item for another product.

Note:

  • For credit card purchases, the refund will be processed through the bank within fourteen (14) business days. The customer must follow their bank's payment procedures.

Purchases Not Covered by Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Malfunctions and damages due to misuse.
  • If the product received does not match the purchase invoice.
  • All purchases of codes and recharge cards.
